The service
CallNest provides software that answers phone calls, captures leads, and books appointments using AI and telephony partners. Features depend on your plan, configuration, and third-party availability (Twilio, Stripe, AI providers).
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep credentials secure.
- Comply with call recording, spam, privacy, and consumer laws in your jurisdiction (including Australia).
- Obtain any consents needed before enabling recording or messaging customers.
- Pay fees described at checkout / billing for your subscription and usage.
Trials and billing
Free trials may limit provisioning of phone numbers. After a trial ends you must subscribe to stay live. Usage-based charges (for example AI call units) may apply in addition to the monthly plan fee.

AI responses can be imperfect. You remain responsible for how CallNest is configured for your business. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; Australian consumer guarantees may still apply.
