Privacy Policy

CallNest respects your privacy. This summary explains what we collect and why — especially for Australian Privacy Act and Twilio / Stripe compliance.

Who we are

CallNest ("we", "us") provides an AI phone receptionist for service businesses. Contact: contact form.

What we collect

  • Account details (name, email) via our sign-up provider (Clerk).
  • Business profile data you enter (ABN, services, hours, phone numbers).
  • Call metadata and transcripts needed to run answering, lead capture, and booking — plus recordings when you enable recording consent.
  • Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer / subscription IDs).
  • Website contact form submissions (name, email, message).

How we use it

We use personal information to provide the service, bill usage, improve reliability, meet legal obligations, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We use processors including Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), and AI / speech providers (for example Deepgram, Anthropic, ElevenLabs) under contracts that restrict use to providing CallNest.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including Australia), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. Use the contact form.
